an introduction Hi everyone!
This is the official launch of http://themoonbynight.blogdrive.com. Its main function is to collect feedback on my baking, but if I'm feeling in the mood I'll blog about something else happening in my life, so that you'll go away from this blog with something. Here's how it works: Every time I bake, I'll put up an entry stating the name of the confection I made and when I distributed it. The eater's job (if you eat my handiwork) is to click on the "taste a cookie" link at the end of the entry and write some constructive comments about the cookie/muffin/cake etc. Don't just say "It was nice," or "It was abhorrent," try to be a little more specific so I can improve. Some suggestions if you're at a loss for words: Taste: Too sweet, salty, too much banana? Texture: Rock hard, too cakey, my jaws hurt from chewing? Others: Too many nuts, not enough chocolate, too big/small, it was not really cooked? Basically, anything related to my culinary endeavours is welcome. I also entertain requests but they might take some time in coming. Hope you like the blog and do tag too so I know you've been around even if you don't eat my cookies. :) thanks alot.
